THE FOUNDER
RoBERT J. O'NEILL
Robert J. O’Neill is one of the most decorated combat veterans in American history. A former U.S. Navy SEAL with over 400 combat missions to his name, Robert served as a Navy SEAL for nearly sixteen years, operating in some of the world’s most dangerous environments, making split-second decisions under unimaginable pressure, and leading with the quiet, unshakable resolve that defines the SEAL ethos.
Robert was a key operator on Operation Neptune Spear, one of the most consequential special operations missions ever executed. He is a recipient of two Silver Stars and four Bronze Stars with Valor, among more than 52 total military decorations. After leaving service, he became a New York Times bestselling author of The Operator, a sought-after speaker, and a tireless advocate for veterans.
Operator Canna Co. is the next chapter of that mission. Robert brought the same standards he held in combat to the cannabis industry, because if something is worth doing, it is worth doing right. No shortcuts. No compromises. Only the finest product, produced with intention and care.
